You need to first set the maximum enabled dynamic icons in the settings menu. There is a slider to enable 0 to 30 dynamic icons.
After that you need to reload the UI! There is a button at the settings panel bottom right after changing the slider.
After the reload go to the settings menu again and at the top you will find the submen...

It only shows you a reminder that your repair kits are empty soon, or are empty.
It repairs by repair kits during fight, or out of combat, according to your settings.

If this is about saving new collected book positions etc. to the SV: Okay.

The chat window always shrinks when you log in to the game. I make it rectangular, but after changing the character, the chat window is square again. I didn't change the settings.

I guess you need to disable the others one by one and find out which triggers it.
I can only say so far FCOCraftFilter shouldn't be the one, as it's mine too and tested well.
I'd start with other addons changing the inventory (Inventor Insight got it's own UI so neither should be an issue here)....

Perfect pixel broke UI of filleting, if it used with CraftStore. If I click on filleting icon it show me nothing, no menu, no button, no auto-filleting.

That does not sound like something that PP or CraftStore provide... So I assume you got other addons enabled too?

Did you read the description and the changelog and installed the new dependency: LibScrollableMenu ?
Hint: If such missing settings and buttons etc happen ALWAYS check the addons ingame at the addon manager and check the dependencies listed there! They tell you what is wrong and needs to be updated or installed.

For set infos use the slash command /lss to open LibSets new set search. It also provides info where items drop etc.
For WishLists we need to wait
