This is nothing that LibHisoire needs to fix, it's clearly PP as PP is changing UI stuff.
Histy alone works fine in trms of showing at the UI so reporting such things there would not help ;)
Sounds like any anchors or backdrops of those histy UI controls changed and PP simply does not change it properly anymore (maybe even hides...

Is there a chat command to clear recorded entries? Because entering to the "Settings-Addons-Tamriel Trade Center" hangs up the game now.
After updating to the lastest version of TTC this settings menu client freeze did not happen for me anymore.
Try ingame in chat editbox and press return

Well I do not know what PP got to do with achievemnts points not shown, but if ppl say so: Test yourself, if it helps you.
Disable ALL other addons, only enable PP and check if the bug is there. If not. It's not PP.

I'm not sure if I should be reporting this on the pChat page or the PerfectPixel page because it's mainly an issue of an interaction between them. The UI level of pChat appears to be slightly incorrect, when leveling up with pChat enabled, you aren't able to claim your levelup rewards because the chat box draws over top of the UI Lay...

I'll have a look what s cuasing this as usually addons cannot preset keybinds, because they are server saved and users need to manually set the keybinds. But maybe Ayantir or any former pChat addond ev found away to add SHIFt+TAB to that keybind by default.

I personally would not release such addons, but that's only me.
If I were ZOs I would even remove all addon possibilities in PvP areas so all got the same base for fights.

I get that addons are enabled in general but espeically in PvP those provide advantages over those who do not use the addons, or cannot use them, and one should not provide...
