I can affirm you that the site is safe, and that neither Cardinal or Architectura would let the site go wrong.
I use it personally since years, without any problem.
EssentialHousingCommunityUpdate.exe is Malware!

In the last version, the folder Housingtoolsaver only have a Housingtoolsaver.txt (totally empty) and the .lua is missing.

k thank you for the answers. To answer your question, all the chat alert are disabled for me. Only the ringing is on for whisper, group and trade. All others are disabled, with the option of 15sec for sound.

Anyone else keep getting constant UI errors with the latest version of this, to the point of making the game unplayable? Disappeared again after removing this add-on + Master Recipe List which was the only addon I had that depend on this
