Issue with drag and drop

I've noticed that when I first log in to the game, the drag and drop works fine, but after I've switched into cursor mode for any reason (to click on the AlphaGear interface button for instance) then after that the icons disappear when I go to drag and drop anything. This happens for both equipment and skills.

Just received the following UI error:
I wasn't doing anything in particular when it came up, though I had just travelled via Cyrodiil Transitus.
I was getting the same error after upgrading (I used the upgrade feature through Minion). I had to manually delete the old folder for the Wykkyd's Quest Tracker from my addons folder....
