The Copy Text icon is missing on update 25.
The character level is missing on chat.
The guild is missing in chat.
It will take a time.

Regarding the group frame... When I chose to move it arround, it show a dummy version of it and it disappear after 3 second so I can't move it.
Try to do this when you are not in group.

Check your add-ons or just disable "Auto hide" option.
About "checking add-ons": it is not telling its list to me. Try to disable all other add-ons and recreate your issue. If problem is solved then enable add-ons one...
