i mean i see some effects on my hero sometimes, and they dont displayed by buff/debuff icons
for example - slow and bleeding from throw dagger i guess, etc
also would be nice if this icons under the hp/mana frame do not dissapear when we turn on cursore mode, and we can put mouse on it and read a desc...

with last version i can moove minimap by this way:
- i must turn on mouse mode very fast and click on the minimap and hold the button (the tone of the minimap become little brighter)
- now i can moove it
- but if i will release the LMB minimap become frozen, and i need relogin to moove it again by this way i describe...

i tried 1.0 - whoa! its mooving! strange
i install 1.10 again
and i can moove it first few seconds after starting the game, and then its frozen again, the colour of the minimap become little brighter, and its frozen on one place...

i cant moove or resize it... the mouse pointer also dont change his type on arrows when i moove it above minimap border, etc
i cant screen it because the mouse pointer dont apper on screenshots, as far as i know
i also can show this bug by sharing my Pc in skype/teamviewer

I can't reproduce that. When I enter mouse mode I can move and resize Mini Map.
strange.. i cant do this. even if i turn off all other mods
