very often player already in another location but addon trying to port him
like when i write /goto reaper's march
i got error sometimes
i suggest add command
/goto refresh
or alot better will be autorefresh every minute for example(configurable menu of this time etc)

some menus can interrupt fishing
like when you open a Mail UI
will be nice to prevent it the same way like No Spin feature or non stop harvest :)

i cant do it via advanced filters because set items will be junked
i cant do it via usual filters because i need to choose quality and it will junk only white or only green

- drop scroll
- returned to the place where it was taken from(when scroll was on the ground too long)
this is all events with the scroll i believe

It's impossible with the current API.
You can't find out how many players are in a campaign, so you can't calculate if you are in the top 2% or 10%. Maybe some day a nice developer at ZOS will add a GetAllianceWarRewardState() function which returns which reward...
