No you can't alter that initial screen because mods aren't loaded yet. I don't use a console or have a steam purchased copy of the game. If you're just using a desktop PC and you do not have a steam copy then I would just think you accidentally chose a different mode like you forced console mode by accident or you're using the access...

So just FYI, the #1 mod that requires LibPrice Is Writworthy Whcih uses the data from MasterMerchant, ATT, TTC to calculate the Writ costs of all Master Writs.Thank you for the reminder.
