Yes. Itīs dead. And there isnīt any current addon with quest pins for ALL areas.
But Hawkeye1889 and Goldlin together with Votan (consulting) are making a new enhanced version of Quest map aka Quest map 2. Wait for it.

Iīve just figured it out (with Votanīs help). Iīm on german client. You should replace in TinydogsCraftingCalculator.txt this line :
