It is not on a timer, it's on a daily reset at 6 AM UTC.
Also, you can only grab it once per day per account, no matter how many characters are eligible.
Ohh I see, I assumed it was similar to the Shadowy supplier, well nevermind then :D

Could you add the constellation label and background changes to a separate mod? I don't necessarily need the preset CP assignment UI, I just need the edits to the tree's look. (I'm not trying to rain on your work, it's just that I prefer assigning things on my own)
