Hi,
if I use animation canceling I can earlier continue with a new action than your monitor shows it.
Global CD means in my eyes, CD "before any other" action can be done.
So perhaps do you show another CD than the global one ?
I use the official API uesd by eso ui. But for channeled abilities, I track the channel time plus cur...
