I'm getting the ignore icon on all other targets, like monsters and npc's. Anyway to limit it to just PCs that are on ignore?

I don't remember adding ignore icons for NPCs :). Seems I missed something when I tested it.
If it is bothering you, try to disable the ignore icon in the settings until I fixed it.

Could you make it possible to use this with something else but the default health bar? Like for example ggFrames?
I'll have to think about it, but it probably won't be possible to do this in a generic fashion so that it works with other addons as well. I'll let you know when I have something.

Thanks for the report. This seems to be the same problem as with pnames. Currently the addons overwrite each others functionality. I will try to fix this as soon as possible.

I just tried them and it looks fine, so yes they are compatible :)
The only issue with Azurah is if you use Azurah's show class icon setting.
