Found the reason. The mod conflicts with RuEso, both mods work well separately. Problems arise only with Archival Fortunes Container. I will also write in the RuEso topic.
Good job, I hope that the cousin at RuEso can fix this...

Hello, I have an idea to add an option to automatically hide minimap when you are in the archive, there it is absolutely unnecessary and in my case overlaps the archive statistics (top right corner).

It only works with new loot after you set the setting.
Also check in FCOitemSaver or similar addons (if you have one) if the fish is marked differently.

All of them actually disappeared like they are supposed to, down side is that lib addon is used on a lot of my other addons, like destinations, dustman, crafting stations, quests map etc.
