Have a QoL feature suggestion: add date somewhere that shows when profile was last saved. Would be very helpful for those who manage an army of multispec alts :)
Thank you for the suggestion and the nice feedback! I just added the option (update pending). Of course dates can only be shown for profiles saved after this update....

Edit: Whoops, well it turns out it only fails if you don't have everything from the profile in your inventory. Would love it if it could add the empty slots, or even just ignore slots that you don't have and only load those items from the profile that you do have in your inventory.

Yes, that is possible - the file you will need to edit is presets.lua in the data subfolder of the addon. Just make sure to backup the file in case minion replaces it while updating.

In your code you even wrote a comment explaining why you didn't implement multicraft - or is there a new version that supports it (and isn't on esoui)?
