With last update, "crown style motifs" were bugged. They are not displayed correctly. I got both styles and only appear one piece as learned, when in previous versions this issue did not exist.

Running around I come across a player or npc that has a player buff, and it stays there even when not being targeted any more. I cannot find anyone else with the issue, so not sure who can help.
I don't have a solution but I posted the same issue down below. I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue though!
