Not working correctly

Loved this add-on. However now with the new functionality it's behavior is very erratic. I want it as a combat indicator, and I've set that using /command, however that is not what it's really doing. Any transition breaks it until I enter combat. Sometimes the helmet appears after I leave town. Sometimes it just appears when I'm o...
