Addon to Link Offline/Online Status to Chat Disable/Enable

Hi,

Does an addon exist that would disable chat (zone, guild, etc) when I change my status to offline? Is someone willing to create it if it doesn't exist, assuming it's possible?

Maybe Chat Window Manager coud be an alternative - maybe you coud ask to add this.
