Minion load with a blank screen
 

1) I followed all instructions ; remove the .log file; reinstalled minion in 32 bit ; ran as admin... removed all firewall and antivirus from equation ; still load with a blank screen

Included i screen shot ; .xml and .log what do i do next ?

From your log file Minion connects to the network and then quits.
Check your standard proxy settings and disable any proxy.
