This is no different then previous changes from ZOS. The developers made changes that will undoubtedly break mods. I am fairly certain some of the changes break inventory filters. Thus, Baertram has been busy updating his mods.

So, with that said, if the mod seems broken, you can blame it on patch changes, and then uninstal the mod until it is updated. Because the vanilla base game has breaking changes.

libCommonInventoryFilters -> Remove it
It's obsolete meanwhile and does these inventory miss-placements.
If other addons still use it they need to strip it soon. Disabale these addons for the time being until they update or libCommonInventory will be updated to not do anything aynmore.
