addons won't work
 

I've tried installing addons 5 times now and they wont work im taking correct path c:/documents/eso/live/AddOns and there showing up in game and all white nothing in red but when I load a character up nothing only addons I want are skyshards and lorebooks please help

The path should be c:/users/your windows username/documents/elder scrolls online/live/AddOns.

If they show up ingame and you are able to enable them this sounds good so far.
What if you press ESC key and choose Addon settings, do you see Skyshards and/or Lorebooks in the list there and are able to configure them?

ty I just figured it out I had to download each file separetly guess it wasn't downloading everything it needed all at once
