Where is constant table HOUSES?
 

The wiki shows a constant table called HOUSES with 45 elements, but HOUSES doesn't appear to be a global constant, because when I try to get a value from it I get attempt to index a nil value.

Where should I be looking?

There is no HOUSES variable.
It's only a dump I nammed like this. It could have been dummy or anything else, that was only for listing.
