Quite an important missing Trophy in ESOHead, especially since it is only available to the Daggerfall Covenant faction (Glenumbra's Bad Man's Hallows public dungeon) before Veteran Rank quests (maybe not even then). It creates a blue vertical column of light on yourself that can be seen from a large range and is most useful for commanders in PvP.

EDIT:

It appears the item is actually in the ESOhead database but I can only find it via Google Search, ironically. It does not appear via the Item search either with a full name or partial name.
