virus in minion ?
 

i have now 2 times tried to install Minion, both time windows said the following:

Windows could not access the specified enhend, path, or file. You may not have the necessary rights

And my antivirus ( Panda Cloud ) said it had neutralized a virus called W32/Exploit.gen

I think your virus checker is throwing a false positive. Here is the Virustotal scan of it. If you scroll down the list, you'll see where even Panda gives it a clean bill of health. :)
