Failed to create control 'LibCustomMenuSubmenu'. Duplicate name.

error every time after reloadui
how to fix anyone know?

Check the name of the control of the error message, open the there mentioned library LibCustomMenu addon comments, and read the fix Votan has described there :D

yes fix didnt work so it not Lazy writ crafter addon causing that... investigating

Just search your addon's subfolders for "libs" folders containing folders named "LibCustomMenu" or files like LibCustomMenu.lua without a LibCustomMenu.txt file.
Delete those folders/files then.

SetTracker also included it in the past.

Maybe you found it alreay but there is mentioned a fixed version in the comments of ItemSaver I believe, which also fixes LibStub usage and other parts.
