In short, no. You can get the current synergy info via the API, and that will tell you about the current synergy that the server is giving your client. Only one synergy can be served to the client at a time, and it is ordered by the new synergy priority system (mechanics > healing > damage etc). You could 'block' the display of one synergy, and have another synergy persist on screen, but having a synergy displayed just enables the ability to take a synergy, and that will take the true synergy available (not necessarily the one shown).
