"Group Notifications" Not Working 100%
 

The addon Group Notifications isn't working 100%.
I'm not getting messages in chat about players joining or leaving groups.
This is important to me, because I like to lead groups for many things.

The lua is very small, so I'd appreciate it if someone with more knowledge than me could take a look at it to see if they could figure out what the issue is, and let me know how to fix it.

I posted on the addon's comment page over a week ago, and haven't heard from the author. It also doesn't say on their profile when they were last online.
So I'm reaching out, hoping to find someone that can help me fix this.
