Deleting saved variables

I am having an issue with minion, where I have 2 copies of ESO set up (live & PTS), with separate minion profiles for both. I recently uninstalled a few addons from the PTS profile and deleted their saved variables only to find they were also deleted from the live directory. Luckily I had a backup, I have a live.bak folder which I sync regularly in case of data corruption on eso crashing, but it had deleted the saved variables there too. Luckily I have online backup too, so I have been able to restore a backup from a few days ago, but this really should not be happening...

You're using Minion to delete the saved variables?

If you have the time can you attach your minion.xml and minion.log after you've deleted the saved variable of one AddOn?

I just tried this on mac and it only deletes the saved var for PTS when I choose a PTS addon to delete the var on.

Tried it with my Minion on live and PTS as well.
It only deletes live OR PTS, but not both.
But if you happen to select the wrong entry, which can happen real quick, you might not notice which one was selected and uninstall the addons there as well.

Did you check if only the savedvars were gone and the addons on live were still there? for me both was always deleted, and only on the selected server.

Just tried again, removed saved variables for ARK Undaunted, and it cleared them from all 3 folders, looks like the SavedVariableFinder function is starting at a level too low (line 74 - DEBUG 2018-09-21 02:25:22,544 [JavaFX Application Thread] gg.minion.util.SavedVariableFinder: preVisitDirectory(31): Entering Directory d:\Users\user\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online)
The minion.xml doesnt seem to reference my pts directory oddly, though it works fine with the 2 profiles.
