Minion Source Code

As Minion hasn't seen any update in years, does not work with modern java, and breaks on windows 10, maybe it is time to release the source code?

Or at least an API description on how to query esoui and fetch addons? ( If there is any, a link would be great, didn't find one ).

This way, we would at least be able to continue the work. Or build it now in something like Qt/C++, GoLang , whatever is cross platform and works

Minion 4 is in progress and I'm pretty sure it will be released to public to support it in the future via OpenCommunity as soon as it's worth to be tetsed/released.
We just need to wait.

About Minion3 source code: I'm not sure if it makes sense as it is actually working on Windows 10 with newest java version. Not sure what does not work for you.

Here a multiple reports about minion not starting, taking a bunch of CPU and Mem, freezing and crashing.

Working the complete troubleshooting guide changes nothing.

On two PC's of friend after deleting the .minion folder, it isn't even created again after trying to start ( minion just freezes, takes a complete cpu core and masses of ram, and nothing, no log ) and so on.

Well, there are several solutions in the threads.
Install else where instead of c:\users folder, check the log files what error messages are shown, etc.

I'd need concrete examples what is not working and what you tried already.
Maybe we can find a fix for you as well.
