ZOS bug - Japanese symbols at wayshrines! need fix
 
without any addons active you can see this

easy to reproduce:

1) go to wayshrine and use it
2) zoom out to Tamriel
3) click somewhere where is alot pins in one place
4) where must be Recall to Wayshrine string you will see Japan symbols

Did you create an official bug report? Otherwise I'd advice you to bring it to the point for ZOs this way :D

We have a bug for it internally, but no real repro case. However, we think it' related to some bad data that will be fixed on Monday.

It's fixed internally, it's just making its way to live through the QA/production process.
