You'll have to do some troubleshooting yourself.

Turn off addons until the issue stops, then verify that the one addon indeed causes the message spamming. Then post about it on the Addon page or uninstall it if it's not critical to you.

You can do it faster by turning off/on multiple addons at the same time.

Easiest way and discuessed and named in the forums several times already:
Intall Notepad++ e.g. and search your live/AddOns folder for the whole text or portions of this text via the menu file->search->search in files.
It will search all folders and files then.
