Inventory materials vs Craft bag materials.

Hello, my ESO+ is about to expire, so i want materials from my regular inventory to be used first, and not from bottomless craft bag. Is there a way to do so?

Yes, but only for enchanting and alchemy. Whether there's any add-ons which do that, I don't know
