I don't know if already exist a way to show the allies stats for my healer ?

You mean the stats of other group members?
There is no good way to achieve this, only by abusing map pings to send some data. And other users in group need to use the same addon as you do.
Search for "group" within addons and you'd find e.g.:

GroupResources
or
JoGroup (use the most updated patch version!)

If you are not grouped or at least in the same guild, it's not possible.
And inside the same guild would only allow you to read and write the guild notes and "abuse" them to share data, which will fail if it needs to be updated frequently during combat e.g.
