Dynamic UI Controls

Hello all. I'm new to ESO addon development and the API. My question should be simple - is it possible to dynamically add UI controls (let's say Labels)? If so, does anybody have any examples they can send me to?

Have a look at the API-wiki:

If you need more examples, have a look at some of the existing addons to see how it's done.
