Prevent using Blade of Woe if companion is out?

Has anyone seen an addon that will prevent using the Blade of Woe if you have a companion out? Or know if it's even possible? My searches haven't turned anything up.

Best bet would be "AutoBanish" ...it'll dismiss companions when you crouch
