Are there any addons that make decorating house easier?

Something that would for example add:
- one click spin item by 90/180 degree
- flip horizontally/vertically
- align to other surface than default (currently many items when you press 'align' button they alight to some arbitrary selected surface of item in some weird cases like when you want to align banner to a wall it aligns flatly to ground instead flatly to wall)
- maybe some kind of construction grid or snap to grid
- move by X units along X/Y/Z axis for precise positioning

Not yet. Please be patient. This is a new feature, and it will take time for addons to be written for it.
