the only issue with any joviex settings version i have its some addons saving hero names not like name but like numbers
ie ["8796093044281977"]

and /jovast can see only names of heroes, not numbers
and cant transfer settings from numbers

Yes, and this numbers are the correct way to use the SavedVars today.
Each character got a unique number so you can safely rename your chars without loosing it settings.

As I said the addon was not build to support this and it would be really hard to rewrite all to do so.
I'm not going to do this, sorry.
