Master Merchant not updating my sales.
 

I am new here, so I apologize if this post is in the wrong place and would be welcome to learn where to ask this question, but here goes. MM isn't updating or showing my sales. If I run /mm missing it's still not picking up my sales. My other guild mates can see my sales correctly, I just can't. Any suggestions from the community with more experience than I have in this matter? Thanks very much.

I've had this issue as well each time it happened I reset mm by typing /mm then clicking reset
