[fixed] achivement icons

the achivement icon is a bit out of the box....

(current live server)

Just took a look on PTS and see the same problem.
It seems that the title associated with the achievement is not shown when I already earned it, causing the treasure icon to show outside the achievement popup. Only seems to affect battleground achievements.

as far i remember this is fixed
