i am having the same issue

Hello, I currently am having the same issue. There is also a delay, when you click login. I am on Windows 7 64 bit. Thank you for your time =)

"Error:
Login failed. Please check your userid and password."

Thanks for the report. We will get this fixed.

For now you can use Minion as a "guest" and you wont be missing any features.

I'm currently experiencing the same error.

My esoui credentials dont seem to work

Add me to the list via the Mac OS X Minion client.

We are finally able to reproduce the error and know what the issue is. A fix should be soon(tm).

Again you dont have to login to use minion. Just press the Guest button :)

Sorry for the trouble. I'll let you know as soon as its fixed.

Update: Login should now work. :D

i don't feel so alone now *grin* ... cuz i have the same problem logging in ...

Just tested and was able to log in OK.

I cannot log in either, FYI, I did a complete system wipe, reformatted my system to get a nice clean fresh install for early access to ESO that starts in a few hours... and I just now (10pm eastern) tried to install and run Minion and no dice man... still get the same error message LOGIN FAILED using the credentials I have for both ZAM and ESOUI (which are one and the same).

You are using your email address and password right?

Yep, e-mail address and PW. When that failed, I also tried using just my Account Name... in both cases I was unable to login.

That is strange, all my accounts login just fine. I'm going to have to have some one take a look at your account during the week.

Also if your not aware you don't have to login to use Minion, just press the guest button. Currently there aren't any features that require an account. However in the future there will be.

I just tried before posting this. I cannot login.

FYI I installed Minion in different folder than the default one provided, not sure if that makes any difference.
