How to get Tooltip Damage from a slotted ability?
 

Hi,

1) Someone asked me if it was possible to collect damage values from the hotbar. I tried GetAbilityDescription but I dont get anything useful back. Any ideas if this is possible?

2) Is it possible to tell how far an enemy is away (in PVP or PVE) by hovering over them. I think it's not allowed, but I'm curious.

1) Afaik the tooltip text is not generated via API functions so we do not get the values in advance, e.g. weapon dmg etc.
But I think someone said you could copy the text somehow afterwards.
Though maybe this was only a real copy&paste and not via API functions for further parsing...
Haven't found anything in the ESO sources for this purpose so far.

2) Afaik enemies cannot be tracked, but group members should be. Maybe not in dungeons as this is some of ZOs restricted stuff, like non working 3d markers in there.
