I have long been a user of this valuable mod and thank all who made it.

Returning to ESO after an absence, I have reinstalled the game and Minion, and make sure all add-ons are updated before I trigger the game.

For my own ease of playing, I like to bind the 5 action keys + ultimate key to 1-6 on the RH number pad. I am finding some of the bindings not 'sticking' and they can reset to the original unbound state after combat, a zone change or other encounters, and also after re-logging or starting up the game.

In particular, it regularly happens to the bindings for NUMs 4,5 & 6 ... and find that the Add-on's checkboxes for these have become unchecked. This doesn't seem to happen to any other bindings.

I would really appreciate some guidance as to where to look for anything which helps me understand and solve this nagging little problem.

Does this problem relate to the addon keybinder? I think if you bind the num keys 1 to 6 to the actionbuttons and the ultimate skill this got nothing to do with the addon, right?

Try to enable emacs within the keybindings (allows the usage of CTL+key or SHIFT+key etc.) and try if this maybe fixes the problem:
