ESO/Morrowind
 

Hello All

Is Morrowind just a map that lays over the existing ESO map. ?

As I play ESO again I notice some things are deferent but I have only been playing again for one week.

Morrowind is a new part of the Tamriel map. It does not lay over the ESO map, but it's a new part of it.
If you enter the new area you have several new quests (including daylies), a new story and dungeons + loot.
