Bugged Battleground Notifications
 

Hi all,
when i'm in Battleground the pop-up notifications are all messed us.
For example: when i kill someone instead of the correct message, appears written "Block Mitigation", and instead the the name of the teams i have random things like "Physical Critical Damage" or "Block Cost" lol
I attached a couple of screenshots of this.

Can you guys help me figuring out what add-on could be the responsible of that?

If noone else got these messageas and knows by chance which on it is: No, we cannot, as you did not tell us what addons you are using :p

Try to check the settings of addons that got to do explicitly with combat/battlegrounds/PVP first.
Or: Disable half of your addons from the top and check if the messages are gone. if not disable the other half at the bottom and check if they are gone.
Then, if one if the half is removing the messages, enable this total half of your addons again and just go on doing the same within those halfs: Enable the half of the half (1/4 of your addons) and so on until you are able to tell which addons does this.

Or:
Install Notepad++ editor, use it's mentu Search->Search in files.
Select the live/AddOns folder and search for some of the text hich is shown, like "Block mitigation" or other text. It will scan all folders and files and tell you where it found the text then.

I used this method you suggested and I found this:

Line 12: EsoStrings[SI_DERIVEDSTATS1143]="Block Mitigation"
Line 302: PlayerStatSectionDesc ="Adds: penetration, crit damage bonus, block cost, block mitigation info to player attributes section",

It's in the BanditUserInterface txt.
Any idea on how to fix it?

As you know the addon now > Bandits
Go to the addon's comment sections and tell the author there are bus he needs to fix.
But to be fair: Disable all other addons except Bandits UI (or whatever bandits addon this is you use) and test if it still happens.
if not, check what other addon in combination with bandits UI raises these bugs and tell the dev there.
