[REQUEST] Random Mount
 

Hello ESO folks,

I'm looking for an add-on:
I would like to get one of my mounts randomly when I call the mount with "H" (or any assigned key).

I'm not interested in a random pet.

Some settings might be of interest, to switch it on and off per account or account wide (or assign a key), maybe?
Or maybe to exclude mounts (as we have the stick-mounts now available)?

I do know about the existing add-on "RandomMount" and it doesn't do what I'm asking for. This one changes on zone change, not every time you call a mount.

Would that be possible?
Anyone willing to write some lines..?

Why not asking the author of "https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info2156-RandomMount.html" to add your request in the addon comments there, or via PM instead of creating another addon?
And if not in this addon then maybe in the similar one "https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info1984-RandomMount.html"

I'm semi-certain it doesn't exist. Which gives you a couple options: Take his advice and ask for it to be added to an existing addon or hope someone makes a new one.

Exactly. I hope someone will create a new one and figure it out. If I could I would...

Baer suggested asking the author to add the functionality you desire directly to the existing add-on. This is probably your best bet for getting an add-on with this functionality.

I just saw your post.
I am about to release the next version of RandomMount which will allow you to pick and choose when it randomises your mount.
One option will be when you dismount, meaning everytime you mount you will have a new mount set
