Can we create custom quests ?

I had a cool idea for a new plugin today and I need to know if there is a way to create quests (with steps) which will appear on the quest tracker & the quest journal ?

Yes we can, e.g. this addon does add quests about pets to pet:

And Kyoma once added a custom quest for april fools, or something like that.
ppl were not ALL amused about that... Dunno why, it was fun.

Not sure though if it's still possible that way, but at least Allianym added a new tab to the quest log and added custom quests.
Perhaps adding them to the comass and/or quest trackers is harder but the journal as text would work.

IIRC that was actually Kyoma.

That said, yes, it's quite possible to add quests to the journal. It's a little complicated/annoying though, because you have to hook a whole lot of stuff and wade through the esoui source
