to remove the addons and start again a 100% clean installation. thank you in advance

Delete everything in the AddOns folder and everything in the SavedVariables folder. Don't delete the ZO_ savedvars if you want to keep some user preferences.

Only one hint:
Logout before you delete the files in the SavedVariables folder or the files in there will be rebuild from internal game memory again as youi reloadui/logout/close the client.
