Installation of C++ Redistributable

fyi... Installation warned that I did not have the correct version of C++ Redistributable and added it to the install list, but the actual install of the package said that I had a newer version then that which I was installing. I chose to keep my existing version. Looks like everything is working just fine.

The current version of Minion trys to install that redistributable no matter what. The detection is not working 100%. We have fixed that issue in our alpha build that we are currently testing and working on. So hopefully that will be fixed soon once we stomp out a few other bugs holding up its release.
