Skyshards not showing in Khenarthi's Roost?
 

Greetings,

just returning to ESO and downloaded the SkyShard Add-On.

However, there's no skyshards showing for Khenarthi's Roost, at least there's no map pins or such.
If I go with the mouse over the map it will show little message boxes here and there but no pins.

Is that working as intended?

This issue is bacause textures (icons) are not loaded yet or you have invalid data in shader cache. If the issue persists even after a few minutes after log in, it is shader cache.
To fix this issue exit the game and delete cache file:
- Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\ShaderCache.cooked

When you run game next time it will rebuild cache and textures should be correctly visible.
