Text of skills in middle of screen?
 

As the title says. A name of my skill appears in the middle of the screen when it just about goes on cooldown. Not only in combat, but any time. Ive searched and searched through my plugins i can manage in ESO with no success. LUI, Srenndar, etc. Anyone have any ideas on what i can disable in game to test next?

Try "Action Duration Reminder", it got a submenu (I think the first one it was) showing notifications or reminders on screen, with the icon of the skill.
