Option for the extraction/refining of bigger patches than 10 or simply ''boolean refineAllAvailabe'.

Would reduce stare-emptily-at-screen time and monotonous pressing of R. Oh and server load would be reduce too as instead of trying to get through 371 requests for refining in last amount of time (18 mins and 33 mins, enough time to go buy milk), only one request would be sent resulting to less void server time, more playing.
